Norman Wilson, CPA is the manager (partner) in charge of the firm.  Norman has been with the firm since 1968.  Norman has a Bachelor of Science in accounting from the University of Wyoming.  His professional affiliations include the American Institute of CPAs and the Colorado Society of CPAs.  His professional emphasis is in providing accounting and tax services for individuals, closely held businesses, estates and trusts.  He has advised clients covering a broad spectrum of industries. 

Jeremy Ryan, CPA is the manager (partner) in charge of Financial Reporting Services.  Jeremy has been with the firm since 1992.  Jeremy has a Bachelor of Science in finance and accounting from Colorado State University.  His professional affiliations include the American Institute of CPAs, the Colorado Society of CPAs, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and the Institute of Internal Auditors.   He participates in peer reviews and training of other CPA firms around the country.  Jeremy has been directly involved in the planning, assessment, execution and communication phases of our firm's financial reporting clients covering a wide range of industries. 

Johnnie Downing, CPA is one of the managers (partner) in charge of tax services and consulting.  Johnnie has been with the firm since 1974.  Johnnie has a Bachelor of Science in accounting from the University of Northern Colorado.  His professional affiliations include the American Institute of CPAs and the Colorado Society of CPAs.  His professional emphasis is in providing accounting and tax services for individuals and closely held businesses in various industries including manufacturing, construction and related industries, energy and professional services.

WDG is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts and many of its quality centers:
