Wilson Downing Group (WDG) is seeking enthusiastic professionals to join our team in the roles of Tax and Audit Seniors. Our mission is to provide high quality tax, accounting and advisory services that help our clients meet their goals and objectives in a manner that exceeds their expectations. The Tax Senior works on all phases of engagement management for multiple clients. The Tax Senior is primarily responsible for preparing complex individual, trust, partnership, not-for-profit, and corporate tax returns and assisting in client relationship and practice development activities.
The Audit Senior works on all phases of engagement management for multiple clients. The Audit Senior is primarily responsible for all phases of audit, review and compilation engagements and assisting in client relationship and practice development activities.

* Planning, executing, and completing projects in a timely manner.
* Monitoring engagement economics.
* Participate in professional development activities on a regular basis.

* Assist partners and senior management on practice development activities.
Background requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting,
* CPA preferred
* Three to five years of progressive tax or audit experience within public accounting
* Strong accounting skills
* Exceptional client service and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships.
* Ability to manage multiple engagements
* Strong leadership, verbal, written, and presentation skills.
* Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills
* Demontrate attention to detail.
* Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Profx Enagement and Profx Tax experience a plus.
* Ability to work additional hours as needed |
